Cape Vincent Prejudiced Petition signers are working the Polls.

Signers of the Cape Vincent petition used by Cape Vincent Democratic Chair Harold Wiley to attempt to take away the right to vote of certain people he called unethical and immoral because they registered to vote in Cape Vincent are working the polls today in Cape Vincent.

People are following up with the BOE...Some were told before that they should not be working. They gave up their right when they declared their prejudice by signing that petition. Remember, Binsley as a planning board member was violating the open meetings law by trying to throw out a camera and not allowing POF input.

Please call the BOF and have them removed prior to the November general election.

BEFORE YOU VOTE TODAY, PLEASE MAKE NOT OF THIS. THE POLLING PLACE IS BEING WORKED TODAY BY NUMEROUS PEOPLE WHO SIGNED THE WILEY PETITION.

THEY ARE NOT INFORMING PEOPLE THAT YOU MUST COLOR IN THE ENTIRE SQUARE FOR YOUR BALLOT TO BE CAST BY THE MACHINE. IF YOU ONLY MAKE AN X OR A CHECK, THE MACHINE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR VOTE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GET ANOTHER BALLOT. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED ENDLESS SPOILED BALLOTS. IF YOU MAKE THE SAME ERROR AGAIN, AND THE MACHINE DOES NOT ACCEPT YOUR BALLOT, YOU LOSE YOUR VOTE, AND NO ONE WILL TELL YOU WHY.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL OUT YOUR BALLOT.

If someone contacted the BOE about them not telling people to fill in the squares, then the BOE should get their asses down there and remove the inspectors. How demeaning to the voting public, first they give us an illegal voting law, now we have to put up with them in the polling place.

Someone at the board of elections is NOT doing their job!!!

Other poll watchers that did not sign the petition should be calling when they see and irregularity immediately.

I just got off the phone with Sean Hennessy and Jerry Eaton of the Board of Elections.

They informed me that those working the polls had every right to sign a petition. That the polling place is being run eithically and professionally.

I was also informed that filling out the vote square in full, is the sole responsibility of the voter. The instructions are there and the voter needs to follow them. It is NOT and I quote "NOT" the responsibility of the inspectors to inform people how to fill out their ballot. If the inspectors informed people how to fill out their ballots, it could also be construed as them attempting to control a vote.

So folks, that is the story, like it or not.

I'm glad I sent in my absentee!

Do I need to bring my driver's license?

If I file a formal grievance with the BOE, will they throw out the election results?

I think the problem is that some people may have been instructed by poll workers how to fill in the boxes and others were not. Either no one should be given instructions or everyone should be given instructions.

I was given instructions, so someone isn't instructing someone on how to do their job. And I heard them tell the person behind me to fill in the whole square.

This was around 4:20

You can thank Harold Wiley, Donald Mason and Mickey Orvis for bringing this all upon Cape Vincent.

Certainly, anyone who advocates by signing a petition to do an illegal law should be scrutinized as an election worker.

Hennessey was in Cape Vincent to support the conflict of interest candidates. I believe he was aware that Harold Wiley and Gary King were doing that petition.
I believe they were asking him to do something about the voter drive. This has been a very confusing difficult problem. Especially when Harold turned around and lied in the WDT letter he wrote.
