I am sorry I am out of town. If I were in town today I would stop by the Community House and give Mr. Bills staffers a piece of my mind about Mr. Bill's pending vote on H.R. 3307.
Mr. Bill's favored bill would extend the massive taxpayer corporate welfare to the foreign wind developers who came to Cape Vincent in secret, signed up leaseholders willing to do their dirty work against the rest of the community, corrupted members of our government and threatened our home values, ecology, lifestyles and piece of mind.
Mr Bill's staffers will be at the Cape Vincent Village Office Community Room from 9:00 a.m. to Noon on Thursday, January 26th.
But, on the other hand, perhaps I am not sorry. Instead, I will go to the beach and snorkel.
Besides, expressing your concerns to a Mr. Bill staffer would be much like talking to a coconut.

I recently had a visit with a young man working
in energy research and development. He said they
have changed their mind about wind and have discovered that hydrofracking has more potential for technological and ecological development. Already there are great advances that address the trade-offs in gas production. And there is profit to be made in gas.
He said that unfortunately the human, ecological and economic issues with wind farms near people will never be solved. And, now those problems have become very political.
Mr. Owen's should have learned some of these things by now. This will cost him votes.

The only reason they are going up to visit that den of morons is to make sure someone up there gets the Democrats on the ballot. There is no money in the CV war chest or any sharp tools either. The CV dems are impotent.
Wouldn't this be a great opportunity for Gary King and Harold Wiley to push their illegal and unconstitutional voter ID agenda? Perhaps they could share their Cape bad people list with the staffers.

Mr. Bill doesn't represent the citizens here, he supports big wind destroying our community by supporting subsidies. Wouldn't it be funny if Mr. Bill came and noone showed up.
Apparently Mr. Bill's "underlings" must have carpooled and talked to each other. When I went past the Community House there was only one car in the lot.
From what I hear, Mr. Bill's staffer CV performance was a flop. Why talk to a bobble head. They only tell him what he want's to hear. And Bill Owens has no concern for what a wind farm does on the lives of the innocent.
I tried to buy some wind farm milk. Can't find it anywhere. What exactly do they do at a wind farm anyway? I know if you eat too much wild birds you can get the gout. Doesn't seem like they do much but take up a lot of money that could be used better in our own pockets, don't you think?
It's Congressman Owens, not Mr Bill. If you aren't going to have any respect for the man Rick, at least have some respect for the office he holds. You fucking dipshit.
In an ABC/Washington Post poll and twenty or so others, 84% of the people in the Senate and Congress are given no respect. Politicians are fair game for parody. Have you ever watched Sat. night live or Daily Show? Or does every one in CV live under a rock?
