Hayley Westoby was having a silly quarrel with her then-boyfriend when he let it slip that he thought she really needs to should “lose some weight.” Even though she knew he didn’t mean it maliciously, Hayley took his words as inspiration to get her health in order.

When her disgruntled ex told her to “eliminate some weight,” she took it to heart and worked tirelessly to get in the best form of her life.

Westoby hit the gym and completely turned around her diet to begin shedding the weight: “I made a decision to collection myself an achievable target of losing 11 pounds and was astonished at how quickly all this weight came off. So I kept going, educating myself on exercise and nutrition along the real way.”

Now she weighs in at a slim 8th 7lbs and comes with an incredibly toned size 10 physique.

Nowadays Hayley wakes up at 5.30am to exercise and keep maintaining her enviable figure, she's also adopted an alcohol-free life-style.

"Is there a way that may enjoy eating delicious, satisfying meals… at the mean time watch the pounds melt off, and feel better than in the past.", she wondered.

she told herself, "if I am doing nothing, my weight problem might take everything from me."

Hayley said: “Before my fat had been mentioned, I hadn’t realized how much weight I’d put on.

"EASILY just do nothing? EASILY just keep performing what I have been doing? I keep obtaining heavier, sicker and maintain morning why God did all this if you ask me.", she said.

“But after the shock of realizing that much weight I had put on had worn off, that really made me look at my party lifestyle, and We realized I had actually permit myself go.

“I decided to collection myself an achievable target of dropping 10 pounds and was amazed at how quickly all the pounds came off. So I kept moving, educating myself on exercise and nutrition on the way.

“Now I’ve lost 140 pounds naturally and am thus proud of what I’ve achieved completely. I’ll never be again embarrassed by my body.”

Before she started her degree, Hayley had been in shape with a good fitness as she loved running, level and sports.
